Beach Crew 
As a Beach Crew member, you are charged with delivering the product to your customers. Whether they have rented paddle boards, peddle boats, or kayaks, it is your duty to provide the necessary equipment, knowledge, and guidelines associated to ensure safety and a positive experience.

Additionally, you must be willing to step into other roles within the Marina, such as dock hand, gas dock, sales, kayak stand, and jetski rentals to assist in the success of your team. 


​Becoming part of the team
  • At least 18 years old
  • Physically able; With varying conditions, you will face high altitude/heat, low water temperatures, heavy lifting/pushing/pulling/dragging
  • Positive attitude; This is essential to remain consistent throughout the day, even after high volumes of physical and social exertion.
  • Team work, patience, solid work ethic, strong mentality, integrity, innovation, and problem solving skills. 
Job Perks
This is a minimum wage position, however, minimum wage is $10/hour in California. In addition, you receive tips each day you work. These can range from an additional $5-$40 in your pocket.

Achievements
  • I can now tie a bowline knot, securing jetskis/boats to mooring buoys. 
  • My vocabulary has expanded. Each day I use words, such as: bimminey, throttle, mooring, channel, white caps, and rudder. 
  • I know how to properly fuel, oil, and operate jetskis. 
  • I can successfully teach individuals how to properly use Marina equipment. 
  • I have acquired the ability to socialize daily with hundreds to thousands of customers from all around the world.
